Where it all begins...

a group of wine bottlesWe are proud to present our first six wines!

These are our original 6, this group of wines represent each of the grape varieties currently growing in our vineyard. Pressed juice was purchased from the same vineyard in New York that our vines originated from. With the exception of Chambourcin, that was an oops from the supplier in place of our Regent. From these wines, some will stay exactly as they are since they already tase so good! Others will be turned in to blends or sweetened! We are so excited to see where these delicious wines finish!

Reds

Our Marquette is a medium-bodied, red wine with dark fruit flavors like black cherry and blackberry, and with earthy aromas.

This wine will pair well with anything, but a sweet & spicy BBQ sauce or Italian dish, along with soft cheeses such as gouda and Havarti will enhance its flavor.

Plus, anything chocolatey will bring out a little sweetness!

This is also a dry medium-bodied red wine with flavor bursts of cherry and other dark fruits. It has hints of chocolate with a fruitier aroma.

Many of the same foods that pair well with the Marquette, will also pair well with the Chambourcin.

The Chambourcin will even enhance the taste experience of pizza rolls or chicken nuggets!

Pinks

A glass of pink wine next to a bottle of wine labeled "Steuben"Steuben

A medium-bodied blush wine. This one is on the sweeter side with flavors of strawberries and grapefruit with a fruity aroma.

A hearty dinner like chicken alfredo, or something on the lighter such as grilled chicken salad compliments well and enhances its sweetness.

Strawberry shortcake would be a great choice to bring out the fruity strawberry flavor!

Whites

One of our semi-dry white wines, it’s golden in color and has flavors of apricot and hints of lemon.

This one has a smooth finish with a bit of honey flavor. If you like spicy food, this is your wine! A little spice will enhance the citrus flavor or something more subtle like tortilla chips and pineapple salsa will bring out more of the peach flavors.

Grilled pineapple drizzled with honey is a great option to bring out the sweetness!

a white wine in a glass next to a wine bottle called "Brianna"Brianna

A semi-sweet, golden-in-color white wine. It has a citrus flavor with a vanilla aroma to it.

Chicken tacos, or a simple chips and salsa would enhance the citrusy flavors, while cheddar cheese and summer sausage will enhance the vanilla notes.

Lemon Oreos will bring out the sweetness of the wine. It may sound strange, but trust us, it's delicious!

a bottle of white wine called "Cayuga" with a glass of white wineCayuga

Our lighter-bodied white wine, it has a deeper golden hue.

This one has flavors of pineapple and a slightly nutty aroma. Crisp, yet somewhat sweet in finish.

Comfort food like chicken pot pie or a lighter dish like salmon will bring out the pineapple flavors. Simple summer sausage and mild cheddar cheese is great and will bring out more of the nuttiness.

Pair it with strawberry cheesecake for an explosion of flavor in your mouth!
